Conducted Reference Comb Generator
CGC-255E Comb Generator is a conducted reference signal source designed for verification of conducted emissions measurement systems. It generates harmonic-rich signals with user-selectable frequency steps of 50 kHz or 250 kHz, simulating conducted EMI noise from an EUT. Equipped with a standard NEMA 15-P three-prong connector, it connects directly to compatible LISNs and supports use with other socket types via adapters. The unit features high impedance to external AC or DC line voltages up to 230 V, enabling operation while LISNs remain powered. Powered by internal rechargeable NiMH batteries, the CGC-255E offers up to 18 hours of continuous operation and comes with a custom carrying and storage case.
