Mil-Std Loop Antenna Set
The AL-RS101-TX is a transmitting loop antenna constructed with 20 turns of 12-gauge enamel-insulated copper wire and a 12 cm mean diameter. It is mounted on an elongated PTFE (Teflon) structure to maintain the required 5 cm spacing from the Equipment Under Test (EUT) when placed flush against its surface. The antenna uses 4 mm banana jack input terminals and includes a mounting mechanism for precise positioning of the AL-RS101-RX antenna during calibration. The AL-RS101-TX can handle RF currents up to 15 A, generating a maximum magnetic flux density of 183.1 dBpT at 5 cm. The AL-RS101-RX is a receiving loop antenna used for RS101 calibration, designed to measure the magnetic field produced by the transmit loop. It features a 51-turn, electrostatically shielded coil made of Litz wire and is equipped with a female BNC output connector.
