Antenna Mast
The Com-Power AM-400 and AM-600 are motorized antenna masts for EMI testing. The AM-400 provides antenna height adjustment from 1 to 4 meters, while the AM-600 covers 1 to 6 meters, and both are made of non-conductive fiberglass. The antenna is mounted on a cross boom attached to a motor-driven slider assembly that moves along the mast using a rope and pulley system. A spring-loaded safety brake prevents accidental descent, and a friction brake ensures the antenna stops securely at the desired height. A bidirectional remote control allows antenna height adjustment from outside the test area to avoid measurement interference. The mast consists of two interlocking sections, supported by locking swivel casters, and includes a pivot joint for tilting and flat storage when not in use.
